5 Ways to Incorporate Crystals Into Daily Life

Crystal or mineral specimens can easily be added to your everyday routines. Life is more fun with crystals in tow! I never leave the house without my own personal 'crystal cocktail' of the day.

As you experiment with carrying crystals, document your experiences based on different combinations. Note feelings, thoughts, messages, etc. you received while using specific crystals. Everyone’s experience with crystals is different, and taking fact based observations of your experiences helps you understand with time how your body responds to this energy!

Here are my favorite ways to carry crystals:

  1. Talisman or Necklace- I have several clear quartz talismans that go well with a variety of outfits. I also have an Indigo Moonstone necklace!
  2. Bracelet- Right now I am wearing Unakite to help with some intense heart chakra releases.
  3. Water safe crystal container in Nalgene bottles- I’ve seen this done before, when a small plastic baggy can help separate your crystals from getting wet. But they still allow energy to move from the crystals into the water!
  4. Palmstones- I usually have 2-4 different palmstones with me in the office, and I choose them based on how I’m feeling at the beginning of my day. Today I have Harmony Euphoralite and natural Brazilian citrine with me.
  5. Tumbles in a small bag- I have a few different sized velvet bags that are perfect for carrying small tumbled crystals. Especially once you determine how to create the perfect crystal cocktail, tumbles are an easy way to carry multiple types of stones without dragging the whole collection out with you!

There are also other forms, shapes, and sizes of crystals that are not to be undervalued in terms of their efficacy! My suggestions are based on the portability of each shape or size. Depending on your daily life, more stationary pieces may be easier for you to use.

This guide is not to be mistaken for absolute advice, as everyone uses crystal shapes and sizes differently. Find what works best for you and go with it. It will become as natural as brushing your teeth after a while!
