Ingredients: water, whole wheat flour, hard red wheat flour
Weight: 100 grams
Directions: combine as few as 50 grams with 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup flour. Allow to rise overnight. Next day, discard half & re-feed using same ratios. Starter is ready to bake with when volume doubles in 4-6 hours.
